Hello, I’m Beatriz—known to my clients as Bea—the creative force behind OBP.

Since entering the events industry in 2007, I’ve built my approach around a love for beautiful design, meaningful experiences, and impeccable execution. I believe the most memorable celebrations feel deeply personal—not simply beautiful, but thoughtfully curated to reflect the people at the heart of them.

With a trained eye for color, texture, and spatial harmony—and a Type A attention to detail—I blend creative vision with the organization and precision required to make even the most elaborate celebrations feel effortless. From the overall atmosphere to the smallest finishing detail, everything has a purpose.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University, with additional studies in Human Resources and Event Management. My background in beauty, design, and business continues to influence the way I approach every event: with artistry, intention, and an unwavering standard of care.

Beyond events, I’m a wife, mother of three, beauty enthusiast, home-design lover, and forever creative at heart. For me, creating beautiful experiences isn’t simply what I do—it’s part of who I am.
